How can QueerCast be the only dedicated voice/visual gay media in Singapore without interviewing Jason and deMarco, the openly gay duo that came on tour to Singapore for the recently held HOPE Concert?
Despite being denied entry into Singapore 2 years ago for being openly gay, they still courageously came here after that bad impression.
The HOPE concert was a success, all thanks to them for travelling to Singapore to bring to us their great voices, as well as a representation for gay and lesbians in Singapore, especially when Dr. Balaji Sadasivan, the Senior Minister of State, was one of the attendees of the concert.
In this episode, we’ll find out their experience here in Singapore after the HOPE Concert, their inspiration of music, their future plans, and their views and hope for the gay culture in Singapore.

Catch the cute and hot couple here, all in this special episode!

what wrong with you people? why is it always “party” immature. “stay at home and have nice dinner with friends etc”- mature?
u guys always talk about acceptance of all (groups?) of the community and yet, the party community will always be the immature kid in the block.
saying partying is immature and not able to meet ‘real’ friend is just like saying there’ wont be good friends/ potential bfs to be met in places like saunas or “seedier places”.
u guys keep screaming acceptance but from the party community i don’t feel the love, babes.
Hi I am from Orlando, Florida and I have just found your podcast and I LOVE IT! I am downloading all your shows and plan of catching up on them. The espiode that I found first was your Jason and DeMarco interview. I belong to a Church here where Jason had performed yearly for as long as I can remember. They also attend our Gay Days at Disney where they do a concert. We all love them and their music! It is wonderful to see that they are doing so well as they are so talented! I look forward to learning more about you both and your community! My husband and I have traveled but not made it to Singapore yet. Keep up the good work!
