Yay! Finally we’re on it!
We have to specially thank one of our listeners, as well as a fellow gay podcaster, John Ong, running his podcast websites OnglinePodcast.com and PenangHokkien.com, which was recently featured on a Malaysian paper, The Star. He provided us with tips on how to keep our code clean in order to be listed in the directory, and he even submitted our RSS feed for us!
The thing is that submission to this directory is only open to countries where Apple had opened the iTunes store. Singapore, the country as big as a little booger, isn’t one of them. So yeah, all power to you John, you made us happen.
You may check out our directory listing here: http://phobos.apple.com/WebObjects/MZStore.woa/wa/viewPodcast?id=250571183
And… go support John’s podcasts now!
- OnglinePodcast.com - Ongline Podcast is a series of audio documentations of the life of a Malaysian born Chinese who lives in the United States. Immerse yourself in the life of a not-so-typical individual. Expand your horizon by experiencing the topics, issues, stories, and simply, the life of a gay Asian man. Until now, the voice of a minority individual has not been this loud!
- PenangHokkien.com - The very first podcast entirely in Penang style Hokkien. Funny and casual chats with no topic restrictions. We talk about things that you will only share with your closest friends. May contain Adult Content and Language. Minor please consult your parents.

QueerCast #21: Spas and Poppers
| Posted on March 29, 2007 Filed Under GLBT, discrimination, drugs, gay issues, news, podcast, singapore |

We’ve all heard about the recent exchanges on SiGNel about gay spas and saunas. In this episode, we will attempt to explain the member refer-only policy as practiced by a reknowned gay sauna in Singapore, Towel Club.
Also, we will be talking about the use of Poppers, a controlled drug that is popular in gay culture used during sex. We explore the legal implications for the possession of Poppers in Singapore, as well as the psychological effects/side-effects when Poppers is used.
QueerCast do not endorse the usage of Poppers as being rightful, nor do we encourage listeners to try Poppers.
