On this week’s show, we are giving away a pair of tickets to the play: The Seven Month Itch!! It will be held at our favourite hangout, Mox Bar and Cafe. Best of all is that it is priced at $22 dollars each, and we are giving them away absolutely… FREE!! (with special wet kisses to Yangfa and the Action for AIDS (AFA) for providing us with this fabulous gift to give away to our listeners!)

Just email us at queercast [at] gmail [dot] com, and tell us in 50 words or less why you want to watch The Seven Month Itch, OR, you can tell us what you liked most about QueerCast! We’ll choose the best entry and you’ll get the tickets via Express Delivery through a postman knocking at your door! Just remember to include your mailing address so that we can send it to you, and your contact number just in case we couldn’t find you.

The shortlisted winner will be informed about the performance date through email. If all is okay, we will send the tickets to you! Update: The date on the pair of tickets has been confirmed, and it will be on 10 Nov 2006 (this Friday) 8pm. Due to the time constraints for mail delivery, the closing date for submission of entries will end 09 Nov 2006 (Thursday) 12am. The tickets will be sent out via Express Delivery on Thursday. Otherwise, we will send you a verification email and you will need to print it out in order for you to redeem it on that day.

    Hey dudes!
love your podcasts! getting better and better! very brave of Ian to come out as a gay Christian. Im also a Christian too so yes i understand how it feels. Anyway great job and i enjoyed listening to u guys while running down the east coast beach…la la la…

one last thing though, wif all the copyright cases going around Sg now, pls remember not to put any songs that are copyrighted in the programs. its better to create your own music or if you have music that others are willing to let u use in your program.

i hate to see you guys get in trouble wif the laws and etc…! so be SAFE in this area too! *winks*

lastly, keep it sexy and fun u guys!
look forward(as always) to your future podcasts!

    Jake

    Yo!

Just dropping a note to say that I hope both of you enjoyed the play.

I was the guy who handed both of you and Yangfa the survey forms before the play started.

Nick was your usual happy and out-going self, but Ian seemed, er… a bit subdued somehow… Maybe that’s your public persona, which is different from the one you unleash during the netcasts?

And eh.. just realised: how come Jasper wasn’t there? He can’t be underage, right?! ;)

And any intentions to feature comments about/reations to the recently-launched “*Think Again” campaign? Just a suggestion… :)

Hey, it’s me again… Just like to add that I found Nick’s response to the Stomp thread very moving, especially the part about being hurt by all the negative remarks and insults made by the forummers. It struck a chord…

And your 100-step analogy is brilliant and effective! Just hope that everyone who is homophobic is willing to take that first baby step into the “unknown”, and I’m sure many of us will take the other 99 steps with you…

You should seriously consider posting that response on QueerCast and other web sites, such as PLUME, and perhaps, even as a box story to your pending Fridae interview.

    hi kris,
in responce to the “ian being subdued thing”
it wasa long day for me… what u hear on the cast is usually what i’m like in real life, except i’m a lot more politcally incorrect !

anyway thanks for warning us abt the copyright thing… oh fab bproducer (i.e. jasper) is already looking into how we’re gonna get round the music thang!

much luv and see ya at the next arts thing!

    ~ian
